Thank you for considering Chez Foushee for your special occasion. We can assist you in planning all areas such as food, flowers, refreshments, rentals and staffing.

Our European style dining room is available for events ranging from intimate rehearsal dinners to cocktail parties of up to 100 guests.

Off site catering functions of any size can be fully accommodated. We have over 18 years of experience and can anticipate the needs of any situation.

Logistical Information

A deposit will probably be required to secure a specific date. This deposit will be applied in full to your final bill. For cancellations, notice is required at least 90 days prior to the event or the deposit is forfeited.

Full payment is required on completion of the event, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Sales tax of 5% and Richmond City meal tax of 6% will be charged on all food and beverage costs. Labor and floral are taxed at 5% sales tax.

Final confirmation of guest numbers is requested 5 working days prior to the event. Guest attendance may be increased after that point or the original number will be prepared for and billed accordingly.

All prepared foods remaining on the buffet at the termination of the event can be packaged for the client.

Labor cost: 1 chef and bartender supervisor at $160.00 each and 2 food service personnel at $120.00 each. For off-site events, add approximately $40.00 per staff person. All pricing is based on a 50 guest, 3 hour event and is subject to sales taxes and market fluctuations.
