Logistical Information

A deposit will be required to secure a specific date.
This deposit will be applied in full to your final bill.
For cancellations, notice is required at least 90 days
prior to the event or the deposit is forfeited.

All prepared foods remaining on the buffet
at the termination of the event
can be packaged for the client.

The above menu is best suited to food stations
and appetizer buffets.
However, we can create any menu to meet the needs
of your occasion.

A guaranteed food and beverage minimum is required for on-site events along with a service gratuity.
In-house Bar Costs: please see cocktail and wine menu.

Approximate off-site event labor cost: 1 chef at $200.00, 1 bartender and 2 food service personnel at $160.00 each.

All pricing is based on a 50 guest minimum, 3 hour event and is subject to sales taxes and market fluctuations.
